Refund Policy

At Focus by Fortunate, all services are 100% custom-created specifically for your unique situation. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.
General Policy
We do not offer refunds once any work on your project has begun. This includes consultation time, research, drafting, analysis, or any other billable activity.
Before Work Begins
If you decide to cancel your project before we have started any work (that is, before we have begun drafting, analyzing records, or performing any substantive consulting), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable payment-processing or transaction fees charged by our payment processor.
After Work Begins
Once we have commenced work on your project — which may include but is not limited to initial consultation notes, document drafting, medical records review, timeline creation, or any revision cycle — the engagement becomes non-refundable. We stand firmly behind the quality of our deliverables and will work with you to complete the project as scoped in our agreement. Reasonable revisions are included as part of the original fee.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about the quality or progress of our work, please raise them immediately so we can address them promptly and work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution. We are committed to client satisfaction and will always communicate openly.
Exceptions
In rare cases involving extraordinary circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies or force majeure events), we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
