Services Provided


Focus by Fortunate provides custom document drafting and analytical consulting services under NAICS 541611. All work is preparatory and analytical only. We do not offer legal advice, the practice of law, medical advice, diagnoses, or representation in any legal, administrative, or judicial proceeding.

Client Responsibilities


You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and records you provide to us. You agree to use our deliverables responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Final decisions regarding the use of any documents or reports remain entirely your responsibility.

Intellectual Property


Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom documents and reports we create specifically for you. We retain all ownership rights to our methodologies, processes, and any underlying templates or systems. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our work for third-party benefit without our written permission.

Payments and Fees


All fees are quoted and agreed upon individually based on the scope of your project. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We accept secure payment methods and issue receipts for all transactions.

Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus by Fortunate’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or success from the use of our documents or analyses. You acknowledge that results depend on many factors outside our control, including the quality of information provided and decisions made by you or third parties.
